The Sales Outreach Specialist (or SDR – Sales Development Representative) is solely
focused on creating new opportunities (meetings and calls) for new businesses for the
Digital Strategy Team (or BDR – Business Development Representative) to close based on
our Buyer Persona (or ICP).

Day to day activity:
– Prospect leads and find new business opportunities (Email, Telephone, but mostly
LinkedIn – Cold Calling 2.0 from Predictable Revenue).
– Schedule meetings for the Digital Strategists with potential new clients that fit the
MQL criteria.
– Create spreadsheets by industries and prospect the top 30 players in that market
nation-wide.
– Participate in events that give us an opportunity at networking and creating new
business opportunities.
– Get recommendations and referrals from existing clients or contacts within our
expandable network.
What success looks like (your goals):
– Generate 16 highly qualified meetings per month (4 per week).
– Collaborate to the closing of 4 new business per month with the Digital Sales
Strategist from opportunities you have created.
Who you’d work with:
– You will report to the Sr. Sales Manager of your country/region.
– You will work on a daily basis with your sales team (LATAM)
– You will have continuous training sessions with your Chili team (SEO, PPC, CRO, BI
and more)
